The celebrations continue into January at SeaWorld Orlando with the all-new Three Kings Day Celebration coming to the park January 1.
Known in Central and South America as “El Dia De Los Reyes Magos”, the event signifies the arrival of the three Wise Men with festive cuisine and celebratory experiences that follow traditional Latin customs.
Several times throughout the day guests can witness the Three Kings Processional, which features a full parade of animals, including live camels, and a narrator explaining the tales and traditions associated with the holiday. After the procession there is a unique photo opportunity available.
Live music is played by street musicians around the park, performing Latin Holiday classics and event-exclusive food and drinks like miniature papas rellenas (fried stuffed potatoes), empanadas, and frozen coquito and sangria can be found at various locations.
Guests can sit down to a special holiday feast at Sharks Underwater Grill. The meal, exclusive to the 3 Kings Day event, includes traditional Puerto Rican dishes including roasted pork, arroz con gandules, pasteles, fried tostones, and flan.
This week-long festival also offers an extended opportunity to see O Wondrous Night and SeaWorld’s Sea of Trees before they are done for the season.
The Three Kings Day celebration brings the holiday season to a close on January 6. The event is included in regular park admission, so all you need to take part in the unique celebration is a discount SeaWorld Orlando ticket from blog.tickets2you.com!
