Walt Disney World is known as a place full of magic and excitement for guests of all ages, and the resort’s live stage shows and evening spectaculars are no exception. From the Broadway-style Festival of the Lion King to the showstopping Fantasmic! fireworks show, Disney entertainment is just as exciting as the rides and attractions. You can take your viewing experience to a whole new level with Disney’s dinner and a show dining packages, available with select productions at all four parks.
Festival of the Lion King
Disney’s Animal Kingdom has just unveiled two all-new signature dining packages for Festival of the Lion King, available only for a limited time! Both options include dining at Tiffins before a viewing of Festival of the Lion King from an exclusive reserved seating area. Enjoy a three course meal of seasonally inspired offerings including one appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) per person.

- Kamo Ramen: Duck Confit, Soft Poached Egg, Spiced Coconut Broth, Alba Mushrooms, and Chili Lime Cashew
- Shrimp and Grits: Gulf White Shrimp, Anson Mills Grits, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Heirloom Tomatoes, and Smoked Pepper Jam
- Surf and Turf: Grilled Local Beef Tenderloin, Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and Cape Mountain Whiskey Butter
- Fort McCoy Beef Tenderloin: Char Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Loaded Crushed Potato, Seasonal Vegetables, Bacon-sherry Vinaigrette, and Crispy Shallots
- Guava Mousse
- South American Ganache
- Whipped Cheesecake
Guests can purchase either Tier 1 or Tier 2 packages for Festival of the Lion King. Tier 1 includes lunch or dinner at Tiffins, VIP priority seating at the show, a commemorative cast photo, and a special guided tour through the African Outback. This package starts at $99 for adults and $49 for kids (ages 3- 9), not including tax and gratuity. The Tier 2 packages consists of lunch or dinner at Tiffins, VIP priority seating at the show, and a commemorative cast photo starting at $74 for adults and $29 for kids.
Reservations are open for daily dining August 13 – November 21 and can be made online or by calling (407) WDW – DINE.
Rivers of Light
For an evening meal and show experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, guests can purchase a Rivers of Light dining package. This package includes breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of two participating restaurants and premium reserved seating for the nightly Rivers of Light spectacular.
At Tusker House Restaurant, guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet of African inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner before watching the park’s night time water procession from a special viewing area. Breakfast starts at $39 for adults and $24 for children (ages 3 – 9), and lunch/dinner packages start at $52 for adults and $32 for children. Tusker House reservations must be scheduled at least two hours and 30 minutes prior to showtime. The other participating restaurant for this package is Tiffins, where guests can choose an appetizer, entree, and dessert for lunch or dinner. This three course dining option starts at $67 for adults and $26 for children. If you’re making your Rivers of Light reservation at Tiffins, it must be scheduled at least three hours prior to showtime.
At both restaurants, guests can use their Disney Dining Plan entitlements for the dinner and a show package. Once you arrive for your meal, you will be given a voucher that lists the appropriate show time. Seats at the theater are reserved but not assigned, so it is recommended to arrive between 15 and 35 minutes early to pick your seats in the special viewing area.
Festival of Fantasy
Disney dinner and a show packages are not limited to theater shows, guests can also book one for Magic Kingdom’s Festival of Fantasy parade. For $54 per adult ($19 for kids), you can enjoy an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant before heading to an exclusive viewing area to watch the park’s daily parade. Meet at the Main Street U.S.A. flagpole 15 – 35 minutes prior to the parade to get settled in the reserved viewing area.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios offers a dining package for Fantasmic! at three different restaurants, which includes a meal at the dining location of your choice and reserved VIP viewing of the evening show at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater on Sunset Boulevard. Guests with reserved seating vouchers must arrive at least 25 minutes early but the theater, which is located next to Beauty and the Beast Live On Stage, opens 90 minutes before showtime.
Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano serves lunch and dinner starting at $43 for adults and $18 for children (or one Disney Dining plan entitlements per person) and The Hollywood Brown Derby offers lunch and dinner starting at $63 for adults and $22 for kids (or two Disney Dining plan entitlements per person). At both locations, diners can choose one entree, one dessert and one non-alcoholic beverage.
At Hollywood and Vine, guests can make character dining a part of their Fantasmic! dining experience with breakfast at the Disney Junior Play ‘N’ Dine or lunch/dinner at Minnie’s Seasonal Dine. Breakfast starts at $42 for adults and $35 for kids (ages 3 – 9), and lunch/dinner starts at $58 for adults and $35 for kids. The Disney Junior Play’N’Dine features beloved characters like Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First mingling with guests at the all-you-can eat breakfast buffet. Minnie and her friends host a dinner party inspired by the time of year:

- Summertime Dine: June 4, 2018 – September 2, 2018
- Halloween Dine: September 3 , 2018 – November 8, 2018
- Holiday Dine: November 9, 2018 – January 6, 2018
At Epcot, there are a variety of dining packages offered throughout the year that coincide with the park’s festival schedule including the Disney on Broadway Concert Series dining package, Garden Rocks dining package, Eat to the Beat dining package, and the Candlelight Processional dining package. If rain or other circumstances affect the event you’ve purchased a dining package for, your dining reservation is still valid even if the show has been cancelled.
