Busch Gardens’ 5th Annual Food & Wine Fest

Busch Gardens Tampa’s annual Food and Wine Festival is returning March 16, bringing the best food, wine and music to the park every weekend through April 28. The festival begins at 12 PM each Saturday and Sunday with delicious dishes from all over the country, awesome concerts, and an endless variety of wine and specialty beverages.

Food Cabins

This year’s festival features 11 Food Cabins, each offering a hand crafted menu that represents a different region of the country. Several all-new menu item are being unveiled as well, as a result of the largest menu makeover since the festival started. In addition to the delicious dishes, guests can indulge in more than 100 fine wines, craft beers and featured cocktails throughout the festival.

Sampler Lanyards

If you think you’ll find yourself tasting several different offerings at the various Food Cabins, you’ll probably want to go for a sampling lanyard. Rather than buying each dish or beverage a la carte, a sampling lanyard allows you to pay a flat price for samples that can be redeemed on food, wine, beer and cocktails found at any of the event’s 11 Cabin locations.

  • 5-Item Sampler: $29.99 per person
  • 8-Item Sampler: $39.99 per person
  • 12-Item Sampler: $54.99 per person
VIP Seating

For premium viewing at the concert of your choice, there are two VIP seating options. Section 1 offers guaranteed seating in the best seats at Gwazi Field and a 5-Item Sampler Lanyard, and Section 2 offers guaranteed seating in the middle of Gwazi Field and a 5-Item Sampler Lanyard.

  • Section 1: $39.99 per person
  • Section 2: $34.99 per person
Tastings

Guests who are 21 or older can enjoy a sampling of their liquor of choice, led by an expert. For $27.99 per person, you’ll receive four samples of some of the best tequila, bourbon, vodka, ice wine, or sparkling wine

  • Tequila: Tanteo Chipotle Tequila, Hussongs Tequila Reposado, Epsilon Blanco Tequila, and Tarantula Azul Tequila
  • Bourbon: I.W Harper High Corn Bourbon, Bulleit High Rye Bourbon, Horse Soldier Wheated Bourbon, and Trail’s End Traditional Bourbon
  • Vodka: Fire Ant Vodka, Key West Lemon & Lime Vodka, Orlando Orange Vodka, Palm Beach Pineapple Vodka, Plant City Strawberry Vodka, and Everglades Vanilla Bean Vodka
  • Ice Wine: Inniskillin Riesling Icewine 2017, Iniskillin Vidal Icewine Pearl 2016, Neige Apple Icewine, and Chateau des Charmed Vidal Icewine

You can also mix and match these tasting experiences. Pick any two tastings (a total of eight samples) for $39.99 per person, or choose any four tastings (a total of 16 samples) for $59.99 per person.

In addition to the amazing food and wine offerings, some of the biggest names in Pop, Rock, Latin, Indie, Country, and Alternative music will take the stage at Gwazi Field each weekend during the festival. The lineup includes:
