Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival

The sixth annual Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival returns to the park on February 29! The weekend event will feature exciting new dishes and a huge selection of wines, craft brews, and cocktails. Festival-goers can also catch live performances from major names in the music industry on stage at Festival Field. All of the festivities will take place around the park through April 26.

Food Cabins

This year’s Food Cabins are better than ever with more than 25 new menu items and over 80 fine wines, craft brews, and specialty cocktails.

The Butchery
  • Hand Carved Espresso-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin (NEW!): Served on White Truffle Mash
  • Artisan Fries: Cooked in Duck Fat and topped with Parmesan and White Truffle Aioli

Sampler Lanyards

To try a little bit of everything the Busch Gardens Food and Wine Festival has to offer, consider purchasing a sampler lanyard. Rather than buying each dish or beverage a la carte, the lanyard allows you to pay a flat price for samples that can be redeemed on food, wine, beer and cocktails found at any of the Cabin locations.

Tastings

Guests who are 21 or older can enjoy a sampling of their liquor of choice, led by an expert. For $24.99 per person, you’ll receive four samples of some of the best tequila, bourbon, vodka, or wine

  • Tequila Tasting: Lunazul Anejo Tequila, Tanteo Chipotle Tequila, Casa Noble Reposado, and Hornitos Lime Shot
  • Bourbon Tasting: Basil Hayden Bourbon, Bulleit Bourbon, Jefferson’s Ocean Special Wheated Voyage Bourbon, and Trail’s End Bourbon

VIP Seating

For premium viewing at the concert of your choice, there are two VIP seating options. Section 1 offers guaranteed seating in the best seats at Gwazi Field, a 5-Item Sampler Lanyard, and a private bar experience. Section 2 offers guaranteed seating in the middle of Gwazi Field, a 5-Item Sampler Lanyard, and a private bar experience. For the first time ever, this year’s event offers a one-time VIP seating upgrade, or an unlimited VIP seating upgrade. With unlimited VIP, you can enjoy the best seats at Gwazi field, a 5-Item Sampling Lanyard, and private bar access during any Food and Wine Festival concerts!

Live Entertainment

In addition to the amazing food and wine options, there is a variety of special live entertainment to enjoy during the festival. This year the festival will feature an all-new Coca Cola Canopy, where guests can enjoy live music from local bands and Coke-inspired foods! On Saturday and Sunday evenings, guests can head to Festival Field for performances from some of the biggest names in music!
