Bigfire Restaurant is Now Open at Universal CityWalk!

Universal CityWalk’s newest dining location is now open! Bigfire Restaurant offers a modern spin on the old tradition of cooking over a fire on a family vacation. Designed to look like a lakeside summer house, the restaurant serves steaks, freshwater fish, and more. The meals are cooked with different types of woods that fill each dish with delicious smoky flavors.

At Bigfire the nostalgia lives on all throughout your meal, ending with s’mores prepared tableside for dessert!

Menu

Appetizers
  • Hearth Oven Baked Bread: Served with herbed butter, whipped butter, and peach preserves
  • Wood Charred Brussels Sprouts: served with peppers and toasted almond smear
  • Smoked Brooke Trout Dip: Served with homemade crackers
  • Campfire Chili: Served with sour cream and cornbread
  • Fried Green Tomatoes: Served with arugula, walnut pesto, white balsamic and smoked salt
  • Wood Oven Dip: Served with artichoke, spinach, kale and garlic bread
  • Skillet Roasted Mussels: Served with white wine, chives, and grilled bread
  • Lamb Sliders: Served with aioli, mashed tomatoes, smoked cheddar, and southern style potato salad

  • Skillet Roasted Half Chicken: Served with fire-grilled vegetables  and crispy smashed potatoes
  • Cauliflower Steak: Served with shishito peppers, roasted vine tomatoes, warm farro salad, and charred tomato
