Try Perfect Pairings of Brews and BBQ at Disney Springs This Summer!

The Bourbon Trail exploration through Disney Springs just ended, making way for an all new dining experience. Brews and BBQ is a delicious new culinary adventure through Disney Springs that begins on June 29. At 23 locations around the complex, guests over 21 can try exclusive craft beer and barbecue pairings for a limited time. Grab a Brews & BBQ Event Guide from the Disney Springs Welcome Center for a map of the participating locations and to keep track of which spots you’ve tried on your journey around Disney Springs.

  • Islamorada Brewing Company Sandbar Sunday 
  • Pulled Chicken Nachos (from The Smokehouse): Crispy fried corn tortilla chips loaded with house made cheese sauce, barbecue chicken, lime crema, pickled jalapenos, fresh pico de gallo and cilantro.
  • Southern Brisket Tacos: Chopped brisket marinated in Texas BBQ sauce topped with corn, smoked jalapeno relish, and cilantro slaw.
