Disney’s Announces Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Dates

Recently Disney announced the dates for the popular event Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and now they are back with dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, a separately ticketed event at the Magic Kingdom returning for 21 nights in November and December. Tickets will go on sale for the Walt Disney World event later this spring, with the event taking place the following nights:

  • November – 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 18, 27, 29
  • December – 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 22

Guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this holiday season can enjoy festive decorations, joyful music, and Disney characters dressed in their best holiday attire. During this after-hours celebration, guests can enjoy special entertainment including “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade” and a holiday edition of the fireworks spectacular “Wishes,” as well as meet-and-greet opportunities with favorite Disney characters in holiday attire.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas isn’t the only holiday activity happening at the Walt Disney World Resort. Epcot features Holidays Around the World where guests can experience holiday traditions and celebrations at each of the 11 World Showcase pavilions. Epcot also hosts the annual Candlelight Processional where a celebrity guest narrates the story of Christmas and guests enjoy a 50-piece orchestra and mass choir.

Animal Kingdom is expected to be decorated in holiday decor, but there are no official announcements on whether there will be a new festive show or event coming this year.

The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights saw its last year in 2015 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and there have yet to be any official announcements regarding a new holiday spectacular at the park. Stay tuned as we will update you as more information becomes available!
