Restaurant Updates at Universal Orlando Resort

Universal Orlando Resort is home to some amazing, unique dining locations from CityWalk to Volcano Bay and everything in between! Two restaurants in particular, at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, have recently undergone full menu makeovers with mouth-watering new dishes.

Green Eggs and Ham Cafe

The Green Eggs and Ham Cafe recently reopened in Seuss Landing at Universal Studios Florida with an all-new menu! The quick-service dining location’s new menu features unique snacks that are between $10 and $15, including:

  • Pizza Tots ($9.99): Tater Tots loaded with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mozzarella Cheese, and Tomato Sauce
  • Buffalo Chicken Tots ($9.99): Tater Tots topped with Chicken Tenders, Mozzarella Cheese, Ranch, and Buffalo Sauce
  • Green Eggs & Ham Tots ($9.99): Tater Tots loaded with Green Eggs, Diced Ham, and White Cheese Sauce
  • Who Hash ($14.99): Corned Beef, Onions, White Cheese Sauce, Scallions, and Tater Tots in a Who Hash Can
  • S’mores Nutella ($9.99): Toasted Mini Marshmallows and Nutella on a Graham Cracker Crust
  • Fountain Drinks ($3.99): Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Hi-C Lemonade, Sprite, Root Beer, or Fanta Orange
  • Fuze Sweet Tea ($4.49)
  • Powerade ($5.00): Fruit Punch or Mountain Blast
  • Minute Maid Lemonade ($4.49)
  • Niagara Bottled Water ($3.50)

Unfortunately, the Green Eggs and Ham Cafe is typically only open on select days in the park.

Confisco Grille

Confisco Grille at Universal’s Islands of Adventure also just got a whole new menu, thanks to the park’s new executive chef! The eclectic menu features a variety of new dishes inspired by global flavors from Asia, Turkey, Greece, Russia, and more. In addition to the new offerings, the few original dishes that are still available have been updated as well.

Appetizers
  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip ($10): Wood-oven Roasted Artichokes and Spinach, Savory Cheeses, and Grilled Baguette (V)
  • Hummus ($9): Middle Eastern-flavored Hummus, Kalamata Olives, Olive Oil, and Charred Pita served with Lavosh (GF, V)
  • Grilled Lamb Meatballs ($14): Grilled Spiced Lamb Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce, Tomato-Cucumber Relish, Feta Cheese, and Mint Chimichurri
  • Chicken Quesadilla ($12): Grilled Chicken, Caramelized Onions, and Cheddar Jack Cheese in a Chipotle Tortilla served with Salsa, Sour Cream, and Housemade Guacamole
  • Loaded Nachos ($10): Crisp Tortillas topped with Beef and Bean Chili, Cheddar Jack Cheese, Tomato-Red Onion Salsa, Shaved Jalapeno, Cilantro Lime Crema, and Housemade Guacamole
  • Flash Fried Calamari ($11): Semolina-crusted Calamari served with Sweet Peppers, Lemon-Garlic Aioli, and Marinara
  • Trader Wings ($13): Tossed in your choice of Traditional Buffalo, Honey Barbecue, or Sweet and Sour Sauce (GF)
  • Chef’s Signature Pizza ($13): Made in a Wood Burning Oven
Soups & Salads
  • Chicken Caesar Salad ($15): Grilled Chicken Breast, Crisp Romaine, Caesar Dressing, and Pepperoncini served with Grilled Flat Bread (GF) Substitute Shrimp for $19
  • Southwest Chicken Salad ($14): Grilled Chicken, Romaine, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Roasted Corn, Crunchy Tortilla Strips, Salsa, and Chipotle Ranch Dressing (GF)
  • Greek Salad ($13): Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Kalamata Olives, Cucumbers, Pepperoncini, Feta Cheese, and Herb Vinaigrette with Grilled Pita (GF, V) Add Grilled Chicken ($17) or Shrimp ($21)
  • Classic French Onion Soup ($8): Sauteed Onions in a Beef Broth, baked with Parmesan Crouton and topped with Swiss Cheese

  • Pad Thai ($21): Rice Noodles, Mixed Vegetables, Chicken and Shrimp tossed in a mild Sweet and Sour Peanut Sauce (GF) Substitute for Crispy Tofu
  • Plant-based Chipotle Sausage with Orzo ($17): Gardein Italian Sausage Crumbles, Roasted Red Peppers, Chipotle Pesto, and Arugula (V)

  • Sweet and Sour Sticky Ribs ($19): Philippine-inspired Smoked Pork Ribs tossed in Sweet and Sour Sauce with Goat Cheese Polenta and Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Chilled Tuna Noodle Bowl ($17): Sesame-seared Yellowfin Tuna, Soba Noodles, Green Onion, Avocado, Edamame, Cucumber, and Wasabi Ponzu Dressing
