It’s almost that time of year again where Epcot brings you the best in global cuisines, must-see festival events, and of course wine, beer and beverages that will satisfy your thirst. Running from September 14th to November 14th with a nearly endless selection of international cuisine, taste your way around the world at Walt Disney World’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival where you can take a mouthwatering tour through the marketplace pavilions and kiosks. Make sure you bring your appetite and enjoy delectable menus from the global marketplaces at this year’s event.

New This Year…

Chocolate Studio

Chocolate lovers unite at the festival’s newest marketplace where delectable sweets include Red Wine Chocolate Truffle, Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel, and the Ghirardelli® Chocolate Raspberry Torte. Pair your dessert with a Fonseca Bin No. 27 Port, Justin Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosa Regale Sweet Sparkling Wine, or Blandy’s Alvada 5yr-Old Madeira, all served at the Chocolate Studio.

Islands of the Caribbean

Take a trip to the Islands and enjoy a fusion of cuisines like a Jamaican Beef Patty, Mojo Pork with Black Beans, Cilantro Rice and Pickled Red Onions, Seared Grouper, Pigeon Peas and Rice with Coconut Sauce, and Puff Pastry with Sweetened Cream Cheese and Guava Sauce. Finish off your meal with a Presidente Pilsner, Frozen Mojito or Caribbean Sangria.

Wine and Dine Studio

Wash it all down with either a Moosehead Lager, Neigh Premiere Apple Ice Wine, or the Fielding Estate Red Conception.

China

Take a trip to the East with popular Chinese cuisines including Chicken Pot Stickers, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Black Pepper Shrimp with Garlic Noodles, and Beijing Roasted Duck in a Steamed Bun with Hoisin Sauce. Don’t miss out on classic Mexican drinks (with a twist!) like the Jalapeño Margarita on the Rocks and the Mezcal Pineapple Margarita on the Rocks, or the Mexican-style Sangria, and finally the Bohemia Pilsner.

Morocco

Pair your South American meal with a Verum Pinot Noir or the Bodega Noemía A Lisa Malbec.

Poland

Satisfy your taste buds with traditional meals from Poland’s marketplace that include Golabki, which is Pork-stuffed Cabbage in Tomato Sauce, or the Kielbasa and Potato Perogi with Caramelized Onions and Sour Cream. The CHEW Collective

Experience savory bites at The Chew Collective marketplace, inspired by the popular ABC show The Chew, which includes dishes like Ricotta and Zucchini Ravioli with Rustic Tomato Sauce, Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots and Feta Cheese, and Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle. Wine lovers can pair their bites with a Festival Chardonnay or a Festival Cabernet Sauvignon both from California.
